I have TWO comments for you at this time.

First... I really like your Yanc script.  It's simple, it works well and it does exactly what I need it to.  The only thing I would like to see added is an option to allow me to NOT show past letters (to not even show the icon about this is perfect).

Second...  I like the "Updates" configuration page.  But it's a pain to always enter ftp information over and over.   Can you add a "SAVE INFO" button so ftp details are saved and automatically re-entered?   It would be a big help.

Thanks...

Tim

1) You can set each mailing hidden, so in that way you can hide all mailings. It might be a good idea to add a check whether there are mailing in the archive and hide/display the icon according to that.

2) Will have a look at this. In my opinion it's an extra security measure to avoid that wrong people update it, but I understand what you mean.

it must be something on your server that is blocking outgoing traffic or something.
update function seems to work fine on the demo server, and other installs I'm running

Jup, that's correct.
you will need to enter _your_ FTP information.
