I have discovered that the SearchBot is creating URL's without the ItemID... Because of that it is that when you generally set the Helpful-option in the backend to "hide", you go to GlobalSite-search, fill in a findable string and click search, get the results and the click on one of the results the "Helpful-screens" are showned because the Results-URL doesn't get a ItemID that is needed to hide the Helpful-Screens...

When I just use the menu-link the screens are hidden, so that's working ok...


Another thing I would love to see in the Searchbot is an option to set a (configurable) prefix before the results so it's clear that the result is related to the EasyFAQ-Component... Rightnow this prefix is missing...
