Another feature request: Usually, in FAQs, you see one page with all the categories below it and below each category all the FAQ items belonging to that category. Is that also possible? So all items on one page, even though there are multiple categories.

Ah thats right, didn't even think about that yet.
Will create a fifth view that will do that.
