Using Joomla diagnostics you can easily scan for files that didn't transfer completely during the upload of joomla. It will also tell you which files are missing that should be there.

You can download the files from our download section . Simple upload both files to the root of your joomla installation (where configuration.php etc are) and browse to the file using your browser (www.site.com/diagnostics.php).
