Yes, as of RC3 a submit feature has been build in. This will allow regular guests and users to submit FAQ in EasyFAQ. 

Submitted FAQ will always be saved as unpublished and a notification will be send out to notify you of a new submit.

To enable a submit feature, create a new menuitem of the type 'Link - Url' and enter as link:

index.php?option=com_easyfaq&task=submit

Don't forget to publish the menuitem once you're done.
